I am new to in the 3D printing too. I am also interested in this web, a friend that lives in Spain recommended it to me, he bought one of those a month ago and he is very happy with it. I have emailed them to ask about shipping and some details and as the web says it is free shipping to Italy (is a spanish shop), and it includes everything in the description.

I am waiting for Christmas but I think is the best option.
