Thing-o-Matic for sale (Ft. Lauderdale)

I'm living in Ft. Lauderdale and have a Thing-o-Matic listed for sale in the For Sale forum. I wanted to link to that here in case any Florida makers wanted to take a look at the unit in person.

My name is Chris and I'm interested in buying, or atleast viewing your 3d printer.

I live in davie, so im not too far from you. My cell is 954-648-3136.

I'd like to see your 3d printer and its capabilities, I've only recently learned about them and and facinated by the idea and am considering purchasing one.

A few things i'd like to know about your specific machine:

software - free or cost? where to get it?

materials - what does your machine work with and where can i find a supplier?

capabilities - what is the max size of an object your machine can produce?

Reproduction - can your machine replicate itself? like a reprap?

Software to run the machine is free.
Plastic you can print with it are PLA, ABS, and maybe even PolyCarbonate.
You might be able to reproduce some parts but not as many as you can with a RepRap.
Not sure on build area size, maybe 5"-ish cubed.

I too am infinitely interested in aquiring a 3D printer. I'm in Miami, so it's just a hop on the turnpike and I can be up there to inspect the device.

I'm presently out of state, but my Thing-o-Matic is in Florida. If you guys are interested, I can see what I can arrange for showing the unit to you by way of one of my collaborators.

HELLO GUYS, theres no reprap group in miami or south florida as far as i know, any one will like to start one, at least to develop and research, ? I dont own a printer, but i want to get it to it!!!! let me know

well, i just spoke with a another member from here his in miami too, dont own a printer, but his knowledge on programing , graphic design, and lets see if we can put a printer toguether.

Once we speak, lets see if we can arange to meet you or meet us, but with your printer, hehe, we want to see it print.
