Hello I have a prusa with a minitronics main board, I have to replace the firmware but the arduino software not support atmega 1281 can someone help me?

Hi,
the Wiki page seems to explain it all:

you will have to copy some files and adapt the Marlin firmware and you will have to adapt the Arduino environment.
