Hi All
I am looking for some help please.
I have built a Prusa. with Wades Geared Extruder And Mendel Parts V5 hotend. Glass bed (not heated yet). I am using Gen 6 Board with Marlin Firmware. The problem I am getting is that the extrude will not stick to the glass.and I am not sure if I am getting the correct flow.

PLA only sticks to heated glass (60°C), ABS doesn't stick to glass at all you need to put PET tape or Kapton on top of the glass. For PLA you can use blue painters top on top of the glass until you get a heated bed.
