Hi there
Im building my printer in Haifa area
After long period of research for local suppliers building my CNC mill I've find out that Ebay is the best place of course
Hardware ( threaded rods, bolts, screws) are available locally in any hardware store Industrial areas is the best place for materials .
For more sophisticated frame it is better to use aluminum modular beams instead of threaded rods (better rigidity -> better precision) . They are pretty rare in Israel. Here is the site of company that has in stock some sizes of beams and seals it for reasonable price - 30 sh.meter. for 30x30 mm profile.

They have some other cool stuff as well.
Plastics I buy from Werthaim ( Delarine, pvc .... in any sizes( no filament for 3d) ) located at bit north toVulkan junction (Hotsot a Mifrats) between Haifa - Krayot .
