Drilling from the inside with 0.6 lincoln mig tips with a 1/8 bit down towards the end, but guess what every other bit get's so plugged up I cannot clear it by poking something through it's kinda crazy I dunno why but it jams seriously of three tips I attempted only one worked. one other one I lost to a drill bit breaking off and the third I lost to this jam, anything fine enough to fit in the hole from the top is too flexible to clear it anybody have some tricks?

For soft metals, drill quickly and clear the chaff often. Take small bites and like nophead suggests, use some lubricant.
A sharp drill bit helps too, you'll know it's sharp when you get 2 continuous spirals coming out as you're drilling. If you get little granules, the bit is dull.
Drilling into copper is tricky. You cannot let the material get hot. Use cutting oil, ar anything else that will lubricate. I've actually begun moving away from using copper tips on the Wildseyed design, in favor of brass screws. I haven't done enough testing yet, so I don't have anything else to add at this time, but I'll update the wiki once I get some pictures.
