hello all.

in england we have a general purpose foam in a can, it expands and hardens very quickly, dries hard strong and light. somewhat like a foamy superglue.

it is however a bit messy.

i'm going to have a play with it today for larger parts, and possibly flat surfaces, but does anybody have an opinion on how to deliver it accuratly as the printing material.

inj the can it is a viscous liquid under pressure, i imagine in small droplets, it should cure very quickly.

just an idea.

That would be a pretty good filler material for large objects.

actually,

it was a bit shit.

too flexible.

however, it might make a very light z axis table, it's a good material to reinforce internally with a grid of some sort.

i might fibreglass it, see what happens
