I want to make letters to insert in resin keyrings, the whole alphabet. I like the look of tibetan silver but dont know how to make it... I hear woods metal is toxic but rose metal isnt. How do i go about the process, i know someone who uses solder iron for lead around stained glass and dont know if i need similar approach?? Any help is great.

... this wasn't meant literally - i used a half shell of a coconut (it was laying around) as containment for the metal blocks, melted them with a hot-airgun ... and poured the fluid metal into the resin mould grinning smiley
