There are two a wiki pages that you should read before making/assembling/use your extruder - 1st:

And please, if you had a problem and a solution, write it on 2nd page:
Mendel User Manual: Extruder! If you just have a problem, ask first on this forum or IRC channel for a possible solution/ideas.
