UV cure products for cars?

I have two questions for you ,

. Does any company in the US sale uv cure clear for the topcoat over the paint? i have been buying Transtar's uv cure clear and it's very costly ( between $95.00 - 138.00 a pint )

Also what else can a person make or do with a portable 400w UV cure lamp?

I would appericate any advice.

Well, if you are inkjetting down clearcoat onto a bed of powder

then you can use UV to cure it.
