Does anyone have an overview,
what the most recent geared down extruder is?
Something that grips the filament from both sides and
uses a spring-loaded tensioning.
(I'd modify it to support the rotary encoder on an
idler to get feedback that filament is actually being
pulled in instead of feedback that the stepper is turning
myself.)
