I was wondering if I could mount an arcol.hu hot end on my wade extruder because i like very much the idea of the arcol.hu and i find very reliable...

Yes, look in Thingiverse for a modified Wade extruder that allows mounting an arcol.hu hot end.

I had this same issue. The Arcol hot-end won't attach to the standard Wade's. You need to find a modified Wade's base, or use Greg Frost's accessible design, which is Arcol-compatible.
