New company making filament is also selling raw ABS and PLA pellets, along with colorant for pretty cheap ($10/kg).

OSPrinting is cheaper, and they list the resin used (Sabic's high-flow MG94).

Sqwert 3d is selling extrusion grade PLA pellets that are made in the USA (NatureWorks 4043D).

OSPrinting is also cheaper for PLA.
