Hello everyone,
i just build a Extruder with a MK7 pulley, and a Nema17 Motor, that is run at 24V, and feeds a 0.4mm nozzle (Hexagon hotend)
Now i have the problem, that the estruder stepper jumps / looses lots of steps.
My question is, does a MK7 pulley usually work with nema17 and bowden, or is the momentum too low with the big gear diameter (11mm).
This is my first direct drive extruder, as well as the first bowden.
If so, i would exchange the stepper driver, it is a weird TB6560 one, that always makes some problems.
thanks and regards
