Bubbles and inconstant filament diameter

Hello

i'm new to filament making and i've got some problems, i'm currently using PLA

when the extruded filament comes out the extruder nozzle, it's weight pulls it down so it gets stretched and i can't get constant diameter to be able to print with it.
I've put the filastruder vertically because when it's horizonaly, filament tends to curl, but vertically gravity mess with me

Also, sometimes filament have little bubbles

need help to solve these problems
i'm tring currently to lower temperature, but extrusion also gets slower

That nozzle doesn't look like a Filastruder nozzle. Is this actually a Filastruder?

Bubbles means you are extruding too hot (likely) or haven't pre dried your filament (also very likely).

It's actually a "Filabot Wee" smiling smiley

thanks, lowered temperature to get less bubbles but i still have the problem about filament diameter :/

any ideas?

Hard to say, I've only ever used a Filastruder. Did you try contacting the company?

PLA has to be dried to get a consistent diameter. [www.plasticstoday.com]
I will usually put the resin in the over for three to six hours and store raw resin in a sealed tub with desiccant.
When running 1.75mm diameter it will tend to twist, the way I over come this is to run a longer loop, mine is around six feet.
Turn down the temp, somewhere around 170, this is were I would start for PLA.
If your trying to improve extrusion speed increase the nozzle size and make a bigger loop but keep the extrusion temp low.
I have a Wee as well, but run it horizontal.
Best of luck,
