Several tools are available now (TinkerCad, Openscad, etc.)
But yesterday, after reading this good piece on boingboing [
www.boingboing.net] I was curious about the game from which the screenshots are taken.
It's an interesting concept/project, but the thing that I'm the most curious of is the software he made and use to model his game : [
youtu.be]
And now I'm wondering if we can manage to use it like our other 3Dmodelers (and export stl or other interpretable format)... Probably (open-source powa), but I will be curious to see that : )'
It remind me the simplicity of Sketchup but with some other thing (curves) and I love radial interfaces (see attachment).
[edit]
Ok, found how to play with it (files
here, unzip, start
verse_server.exe and then
LoqAirou.exe)
It's not so easy, and it says it will create only non-manifold things (
here)... but it was fun to experiment
