What happened to the AoI CSG Evaluator plugin?

I was reading about Art of Illusion on the wiki and it mentions the CSG Evaluator, but I can't find it anywhere. Is it discontinued, are people using AOI?

As a second question: Where do I get the AOI plugin to export STL?

Most RepRap people are using OpenSCAD (or their favourite proprietary app) these days, aren't they?

I too would like to know where to get the plug in for Aol.

OpenSCAD is good for most things, but I want to make a complex dome shape which just looks to be impossible on OpenSCAD.

I have a student one year subscription for Solidworks from my college that would be perfect but it doesn't have a stl converter which is just so annoying angry smiley
