Hello,

i have a Stl file with M8 nuttraps, i want the same model only much smaler with m4 traps, is there any option that i shrink the entire model with the factor 0.5 ?

If there is any other program what can do this, please tell me.

Thank you very much!

Scale scales the carving to compensate for shrinkage after the extrusion has cooled, it is not for changing the overall scale of the object, i.e. making it 50% larger/smaller.

Use netfabb Studio Basic, it's FREE and EASY to USE!

That is a better solution. Repetier Host and Slic3r both can scale and export STL's as well.
