Just thought I'd let you all know that the Experimental Aircraft Association is offering FREE solidworks student licences (12months) with $36 membership. (You don't have to be a pilot or anything to join)

Note, this is a non-commercial licence and plasters "educational use only" water marks on drawings.
Membership to EAA is $36 (USD) if you tick the auto renew box. Or $40 without. You can then email them to undo the auto renew, which i had done and works.

There is a link in the EAA members area to download SW and get your licence.
Also comes with access to SW tutorials.
If you've not tried solidworks, there is a free online trial on the SW website. [
