cant print with the same size

hello fellows,
i have a problem with the printing.
i make my 3d models with blender and i print with repetier host, and both cases i select the scale to milimeters but when i print it cames with diferent size.
what can i do?
if you guys have any suggestion for diferent programs is also good

... this is often the case with other programs too - I'm exporting in mm and some of my CAD/CAM's translate the dimensions in inches ... others in micrometers

I have a 'translation'-table for the different programs, so I'll scale the object with x25.4, 1/25.4 or x1000, so in the target program this would be in the correct size -- but then when exporting again, I have to check, if the next program reads this again correct ... or I have to rescale again ...
