So...what is everyone here using his/her RepRap for?

Just to get some discussion going and to get a feeling of
that people are doing once their RepRap is up and running...

Mine is still under development, but it's going to be used to print monolithic ABS body shells for minisumo-class robots and other robot parts that are currently being made of lasercut aluminum and acrylic at my faculty. Sumo robots are limited by their weight, 500g in the case of minisumo class bots, so it's obviously a good thing to be able to produce a strong, light body with an arbitrarily complex CAD-designed shape.

I tried to extrude chocolate but plastic tastes better...

When my reprap is fixed I will try to extrude my masterpiece... The biggest item in the reprap world, the go-kart wheel:

I'm doing Architectual models is the resolution good enough for this you think?

You can print stuff with a minimal diameter of 0.5mm. Note that it will become messy if you try to print stuff with more than 45 degree overhang...

If you tell me what kind of architectual models you want to print? I am sure that I can make the pantheon with several pieces.
