Sketch up Enclosure for Graber

Heya. I have got from the internet a model of a full enclosure for my Graber i3. But i need a few modifications which i cant make because i dont know how to use Sketch up . I was wondering if there is anybody here who can help me with the modelling? Its quite simple the modifications i need (Basically copy the holes in onde side and put it in the other side). If anyone could help. I cant attach the file here because its larger then 600kb, but i will post the link i got the modeling. (Leave me a message here so i can post my email)
