The heart box photo appears to be [www.flickr.com] and the whistle photo appears to be [www.flickr.com]

Those photos were CC-By licensed, so don't forget the attribution aspect of the license when you use them. That's what open source and creative commons is all about!
Sorry, I had changed the photo, we can printing the model ourself.

That's not how it works...whether you put it on your blog or shop, you're still a business.

Most people are fine if you use their photos personally (and ask FIRST) but when you're using it in the context of a business, they deserve to get paid for their work just like you do. Unless you're giving away your filament and printers, which I'm pretty sure you aren't.

Just because it's on the internet, doesn't mean it's free. At the end of the day, you have to respect the copyright laws and I'm pretty sure Sublime's photos had a copyright license attached to them as does all photos on Flickr.

As a photographer, I see this abuse daily.

Where do I start.

1) Flickr's "Terms of service"
Quote
What not to do Here’s the deal: We like to give second chances. However, stepping across any of the lines listed below may result in account deletion with or without warning. Don’t upload anything that isn't yours. This includes other people's photos, video, and/or stuff you've copied or collected from around the Internet. Accounts that consist primarily of such collections may be deleted at any time.

2) All content on Thingiverse is covered under one of the following licences. Take the time to understand them before stealing more pictures.
[creativecommons.org]

3) Ignorance is never a good excuse. All it means is you need to learn a little more and are not willing.

Dear EsunPLA,

You have not removed any of the stolen pictures from your flickr page. (all of the pictures you did not take yourself with a camera)

Does this mean you don't care about the RepRap community and its people?
Does this mean you don't care about Flickr's Terms of Service.

Or is it simply you don't care if you steal peoples pictures as long as you profit off of them.

I always try and avoid people who swipe pictures and are afraid to show their own content. Best of luck getting them to take your photos down Sublime, will make it a point to avoid this seller.
I have deleted the not allowed photos.
I am not often in this forums, sorry some time very late to see some reply post.
