Hi im really interested in your kit, i want to get into the 3d printing thing

ive been reading about the electronics parts in these kits, and am curious to know what electronics kit you are using, and about compatibilities with firmware and such, also, will you be offering the kit with other electronics or even without to let people self source them? the reason I ask is I like the look of the RAMPS kits.

We will be officially be releasing or electronics at the end of this week. Briefly they are based on the Gen 6 all in one board, so Sanguino based and use Texas Instruments DRV881 stepper drivers. The Longboat electronics will come with their own custom firmware pre installed, so ready to print straight away, this will be covered further in our “How to print” section.
