Interesting.

Few questions :

What material are the heater block and nozzle ?
Can you make some 0.35 mm nozzles or sell non-drilled nozzles ?

Can we have some drawings so I can check if the dimensions matches for mounting with my X Carriage ?

Heater block and nozzle are both brass. Nozzle design is already open sourced by Camiel. Design drawings are attached.

I am currently planning on making variations in design.

Thanks, that's the mendel parts hotend V5 then. Nice hotend, had one which works flawlessly for monthes.

Can I order one nozzle for that which is not drilled, so I can drill the tip hole the size I want ?

This is V4 actually, the one I am printing for 2 years with now smiling smiley V5 think I will produce too.

I don't produce the nozzles myself, so only if there is enough demand I can start production on undrilled nozzles.

Do you still have thermal barriers (PTFE) for those hotends ?
I should have taken more, looks like it's the part that fail first.
