Here is my all metal aluminium hotend, so far tested to 320c(thermister limit) and will extrude 1.75mm abs or pla(fan recommended) , it is designed in such a way that the meltzone is at a constant spot, it will fit in any extruder that carries a jhead, weighs only 39 grams, and finished off with a light sanding,

currently only for 1.75mm filament,

What is the filament guide (that prevents slipping and prevents backflow) made of that isn't PTFE and can handle 320? What are the pretty red sleeving materials made of for the power and thermistor wires?
