This seems to be a version of the early Jhead mk3/4. It had known overheating issues, why not just use the mk5 designs? They are more expensive to manufacture but are very reliable.

Would you please give me some detail about this overheating issue? I will study MK5 designs later.

Anyway, I did some improvments for this version based on MKIV and MKII. I had sold about 50 pcs this kind J head/K extruder with my pangu 3d printer in China. And about 500 pcs this kind J head were sold to the world wide. Did not meet any overheating issues.
