Anyone in UK able to make reprap parts?

Is there anyone in the UK willing to make me the parts for a reprap?

I'll pay for them, of course.

I'm based in the south, near gatwick.

Thanks

Try Ian at BitsFromBytes or Unimatic. They both sell kits. spinning smiley sticking its tongue out

Thanks for the pointers.

BitsFromBytes aren't taking orders at the moment, so I thought I'd look for someone with a reprap machine who might be able to make the parts.

I realise now that I've posted this message in the wrong forum too - apologies, new here!

Hey No problem. I suggested the retail outlets because your kit also includes all the non-printed parts as well. If you've gone through the drama of locating and buying all the parts for a reprap machine you'll appreciate how nice that is. smileys with beer

lol. Thanks again Forrest.

I shall await bitsfrombytes getting back on online with their new kit - and start hunting down the electronics.

As I don't have access to to a lathe or mill (or a reprap), should I be looking to buy just the plastics kit, or do companies supply difficult to make metal parts too? Still not quite clear on that. Although I guess I could just call bitsfrombytes and ask, as I'm in the UK.

Thanks,

Mike.

I understand that both BitsFromBytes or Unimatic will supply you EVERYTHING. That's why I recommended them. No milling or lathe work and with the Unimatic Rapman, no soldering, either. smileys with beer

Brilliant Joules! I'd put in some calls to Ian at BitsFromBytes, The Rapman people at Unimatic and Dr. Bowyer at Bath University. I'm sure they can point you in the right direction. smileys with beer

Unimatic have gone bust, after a failed bribe attempt for a big sale in India.
You could also try A1 Techologies for Rapman spares, info etc
