Assembled TechZone Huxley - Needs Minor Work

I have a TechZone Huxley for sale. Originally purchased as a kit for $650 back in 2012, I have fully assembled it since then, and discovered it needed some work, so it is NOT a "ready-to-go" solution. The Z axis belt is too long and needs to be replaced with a shorter version, the extruder and hot end also needs rework. Everything else is fully functional to the best of my knowledge, including the motors, electronics, X axis, Y axis, frame, etc. I have attached all relevant pictures, as well as some additonal parts that it comes with.

Shot of the bottom. You can see the ridiculous path the Z axis belt had to take to fit, and as a result, it takes a huge amount of force to turn. Not good, but will provide as-is in case you can use it on another machine (or elsewhere in general):
