What do I need to buy to get a complete axis?
Do you offer the 'plates' for the carriages?

Never mind, just found that they're in hardware, just not in a subcategory of hardware

I'm sorry, but the shop quotes me 65,18 € in shipping (to Germany) for 34 EUR worth of parts!
Basically just the bare minimum for one axis (20x20x1000mm V-Slot, 1 gantry plate, 4 wheels, 2 excentric spacers).

Could you check the shipping calculator?

Also, both the legal and terms only say 'lorem ipsum'...

Shipping cost is pretty high because we works with UPS to deliver our package. (Traditional carrier does not accept 1,5m length package :-( )
but we are working on a cheaper solution ,

Hello, I'm glad to see a shop that actually has V-Slot in stock in europe, and the other shops that sell V-Slot aren't cheaper, but the shipping costs are still a pretty big wrinkle.

A single wheel costs 21€ shipping to germany, so I assume that is the base shipping cost.
4 x 1m V-slot 20x20 costs 36,00 € shipping, more than doubling the reasonable base price.
It's basically the same price as shipping from the USA (€31.16 via USPS (Priority Mail International) plus 21% import tax).
But compared to makerbeam.eu that charges a flat 15€ for shipping from netherlands to germany it's rather high.

I guess shipping costs are based on the actual weight, but I wish there where a cheaper carrier. BTW would be nice to see the weight of the V-Slot extrusions on the website.

I wanted to order some motion bearings, because in the shop list it says it's in stock, but when I order the item, it always says out of stock.

Do you have the Delrin guide bearing wheels in stock or not? It's apparently all Preorder.

If it was a scam they'd have cheaper shipping options They are not listed as a distributor by openbuilds but there is no reason to accuse them I think.

I was considering them as well. The dutch store has unit prices that are almost double than the original. I just send openbuilds a mail asking about them. In the meantime has anyone actually received product from them?
