we now have stocks of ABS filament in 3 mm grey and black color for deliveries to any destination. For bulk we deliver airport to airport.
The material is pure extrusion grade that flows easily in mendel extruderand is specific for REPRAP extruders.
we can also provide other polymers for specific needs including PMMA, CAB and other as the need may be.

Please send a note for your exact needs. The material is available in coils of 2.5 kgs each and batches of 10 kgs, 25 kgs, 50 kgs and 100 kgs.

How does this Airport to Airport work?
Especially considering that is has to go to customs first.

For Bulk shipments usually it is done airport to airport and clearing done through the client or customer appointed clearing agent to clear the customs and provide the cargo. For small shipments if done by direct delivery courier mostly this is done by the courier firm. Courier costs are much more than direct delivery method. hope this explains

For more details and pictures see my blog:

But I am very happy with the sample!

It extrudes faster than the other 2 types of ABS I have used so far.
The grey isnt the most attractive colour, but I'm impressed at the opacity of the colour.
Other colours would be interesting provided they have very similar thermal performance.

I will be ordering some!

As minimum order is 10kg, anyone who wants less than that, PM me!

Hai
This results are good and we will try and offer some great colors that will help make some good REPRAP parts that are attractive.
we are running colors of WHITE, BLUE and BLACK. More colros can be requested adn we will make it available.

We are making the rolls in 2.5 kgs each and then we can also accomodate any other special requests and specials.
Thanks

I have done a detailed analys, and wrote an article: [blog.arcol.hu]

Ruttmeister:
Is the filament reliable for you?
Do you get some blockage from times to times?

Best regards,
Laszlo

Thanks khiraly and Ruttmeister for sharing your experiences.
Ruttmeister, don't you see those contamination?
I was about to order a sample too, but I do not yet have my RepRap ready.
I have access to a RepMan, but I do not really want to ruin someone else's extruder by experimenting with new filament.
So it's really great to hear about your experiences.
