This RepRap Mendel is distributed exclusively through BotMill and comes fully assembled with very minimal work required.

Details:

* Original Mendel solidedge files used to produce RP parts on commercial FDM machines for a perfect look and fit. No drilling/reaming/sanding/grinding required.
* Available in colors, Lemon Yellow, Fluorecent Red, Bright Blue, and Black.
* Plastic parts for Adrian's geareded extruder included(extruder assembly required)
* Latest Extruder parts! (Nichrome wire, nozzle, PTFE, PEEK, M4 insert and metal parts) [reprap.org]
* PCB thin sheet parts are made of 6mm cast acrylic.
* Table and Y spyder are made of T6 6061 Aluminum
* All hardware including extras of each.
* Full bearing kit
* Vertex threaded rod and hardware are zinc plated
* Threaded SS rods, with TIG welded nut for ZERO slip when used with our captured Z axis pullies.
* Captured Z axis pullies to give required clearance under the machine and ZERO slip. [www.thingiverse.com]
* Precision ground round bars made from tooling steel for X, Y and Z axis.
* Nopeheads gears with set screws
* Belts for X, Y and Z axis
* 10ml bottle of red LOCKTITE 262/ Threadlocker


Note: Electronics, Temperature sensor, Kapton tape and/or the fire cement for holding the nichrome wire to the tip is not included.
