Well, as is, that is a little out of the capabilities of current low cost printers as it would require a lot of support.
However, if it can be divided in half and glued, (I see no reason why not) it is completely possible.
If it needs to be one piece you will need to go to a bureau, or a few people on here have dimension/fortus fdm printers which could easily make this. It will be a lot more expensive that way, though.
