Wanted: Extruder suitable for nema 23

I am converting a cnc router for 3d printing, and have installed a 4th axis conversion kit for the extruder. However, I find that this conversion kit requires a nema 23 -8 lead stepper motor. I'm having trouble finding an extruder for it. Could someone print me one or have one to sell? You must have established a good reputation in the RepRap community or have a high trust score on ebay before I send any $$$. Thanks, Pico
