I received a mail on saturday 27th of April saying I will get a reply by monday but it didn't happen.
I got another email saying they will respond shortly - didn't happen either.
Either they are encountering huge difficulties or they are greatly incompetent but nothing excuses lack of communication. In any case I'm not risking my money with them, too bad cause they have some of the lowest prices in Europe.
