Buying a 3d printer on a budget

[www.phoenix3dprinter.com] is what I've looked at and it would cost me about $700 total but the long wait times are very offputting. Would I be able to get a better or equivalent printer from someone on this forum for the same price or should I just wait it out?

Maker's Tool Works Fusematic is in the same price range. I have their MendelMax 2 and have been very happy with it.
