hi is anyone able to print me a gregs-wade extruder plug for the j-head hole or print a complete gregs with out the j-head hole

You should :

1) state your approximate location so that nearby people contact you. Helps reducing shipping costs.

2) provide a (link to) printable file so people doesn't have to do again the search you probably already did, or should have been doing. You'd get better odds of getting a reply this way.

Most of my technical comments should be correct, but is THIS one ?
Anyway, as a rule of thumb, always double check what people write.
