Tantillus Printed Parts, Lasercut Case, and Display

I'm looking for a set of Tantillus printed parts and a set of acrylic laser cut case parts. Standard parts preferred, but variants (e.g. belt-drive or spectra-line z-axis) are OK if it's a full set and everything matches. Printed parts must fit 5mm stepper motor shafts - I already have the motors.

I'm also looking for the LCD display and rotary encoder.

Either new or used is fine, as long as all parts are in good working condition with no excessive wear.

I'm in the US (Minnesota).
