Hello.
I mounted the bltouch on the tip of the nozzle in delta printer, so when I run M48 with Z offset of -47mm, the printer shutdown.
When configuring z-47, I changed Z_PROBE_OFFSET_RANGE_MIN in configuration.h.
Are there any other settings I should check?

Hello,
When I use my Windows device to control ramps1.4 (mounted on mega Arduino) via Python3, by g code like this:
...
import serial
import time
myPort = serial.Serial('COM7', 250000, parity='N')
time.sleep(1)
myPort.write('M302 S0\n'.encode())
myPort.write('G1 Z-50 F1000000\n'.encode())
myPort.write('M84\n'.encode())
...
everything is good and my step motors work. Next, when I connect this bo

Bit late but similar issue.
I too went down the DIY RepRap path and still haven't swapped out all the zip ties, super glue, cloths peg, cardboard, garden hose... etc after a few years now
Been suffering through thermal runaway error's halting print jobs immediately or at intermittent intervals into the print. Pronterface would throw up Bed_ID.. to indicate which thermistor was kill()ing the job

I searched the internet yesterday and today but unfortunately didn't find a solution...
When I try to send a print job to the server from OrcaSlicer (1.9.0), I get the following error:
Error uploading to print host:
HTTP 404: Requested file not found.
The server (full version, Pi4-8gb) is connected via WLAN and can be easily operated from the machine

Hey, i hope you can help me here.
I got a i3 hephestos with a 1.4 marlin firmware on it - fine and it worked.
The previous owner gave me a "heatbed"-kit too.
I installed it correctly, downloaded https://github.com/teelinsan/Prusa-i3-Hephestos-Heated-bed this firmware, to get the heatbed running.
i always got connection timeouts, so i thought, try another firmware.
I found the bq Marlin firmwar

Hello, this is my first post here. I have used Marlin for years, ran into countless problems, but this one is new to me...
Long story short(ish), my printer ran fine. It's got a RAMPS 1.4, Arduino Mega, some TMC2208s and some DRV8825s. I replaced some wires for the X gantry and forgot to put the resistor divider on the z probe signal line, so I injected 12V through the Z min pin. Immediately af

Hello VDX and DUST,
Thanks for your comments I will investigate in the morning. I have not used the machine for some years and last week the HDD of the PC developed problems , wanting to carry out a chkdsk every time I started up,so I put in a new 1tb HDD (this PC is dedicated for printing) The old drive was removed and a new installation of WIN10 made. So to parody the Beatles Penny Lane it

Hello, I need help: I am not able to operate the TMC2209 on my RAMPS 1.4 in uart mode. I always obtain TMC error message. I have taken one TMC2209 and placed it in a BTT OCTOPUS PRO new board, configured only X axis and tested successfully the TMC2209 driver in uart mode with marlin 2.1.x. I have popped out the same driver and slided it inside the ramps with no success. I have verified that insid

@lohiaprateek
oke, so superslicer it is then! that is a good way to start.
yeah it says driver error, I will go and check the micro stepping settings. but it is supposed to be uart connection, so those are still set in the software (although it will have effects hardware based.).
Do need to check, that the assumed uarts connection is working, one of the things i was planning to use cura for..
