Yes, I agree goldenmongoose. I do indeed have issues with lies, my fault. Guess I have human frailties, I do not much care for attacks on my honesty, or something I have spent a huge amount of money and time on. Perhaps I am wrong to challenge the lies, but I am exposing the truth. Dirty Steve, if you think the nozzle is an air fitting, and MIG fitting, you are incorrect. You are correct that that would be a poor set up, for one thing, the smallest MIG tip I have ever seen was 0.7mm. Not going to get much detail with a nozzle that big, it will print fast though. Oh David (aduy) you are so full of it. You stole materials, then lied about your acomplishments, sent me a link to a video, claiming 400mm/sec, but it was just a sped up 100mm/sec video. You refused to provide proof of anything you claimed, they all turned out to be lies. Pure ethylene glycol/antifreeze does not conduct electricity very well, it does conduct heat too well. You can have a problem with too much cooling, actually if you are following the Europa design(eBay), that is not a problem. The new Mercury can cool way too much, it is the only issue we are working on. Some materials, PLA, like the extra cooling, but PC does not like as cool as the Mercury rby knowbusiness - General

Tramflug, I appreciate what you are saying, in this case the person I am referring to is VERY prolific at posting comments in RepRap forums, always with an opinion of expertise. He presented himself to me as an expert engineer, then proceeded to intentionally mislead me, and people involved with research. He had me buy materials that are completely useless, and received multiple items from us tby knowbusiness - General

This thread has direct affect on my "business"(business would seem to indicate that you make a profit, which is not the case with me), I have around $5,000.oo invested in research for a robust, and reliable liquid cooled hot end. Food safe ? Personally I would not use ANY plastic repeatedly, soft drink and water containers are actually meant to be single use. Industry campaigns very hard to convince people, and the government, to accept plastics as "food safe". I think we are all interested in ALL developments, and this thread has some great info about the state of liquid cool. I call it liquid cool since I use automotive antifreeze in mine. It is normal for people to refer to previous things that may or may not be similar, it does not detract from anything you have done. We want to know what you have discovered also. You might want to check out the picture of the prototype of the hot end I will be releasing. You can see a picture of it on my website a www.vanguardinnovations.us We are still sorting out minor problems, but it looks like tuning issues, nothing serious. it has printed polycarbonate, and PLA successfully.by knowbusiness - General

I think this has potential. If you were to put ball bearings in the inside of the small gear, on the square shaft, it would slide with out much friction, that might be a way to direct drive the hobbed gear/bolt.by knowbusiness - Developers

I am the maker of the SG2, and Europa. I would NEVER use a forum to sell my products ! A forum is for independent discussion, NOT for chiming in about the wonders of your new hot end, and trying to sell it ! I know who the owners of the Europa hot ends are, since it is a developers hot end. Everybody that owns one is a developer. It seems to me that this entire thing (RepRap) is about using printed parts, and low cost. Any 3D printer would be more reliable if it used NO plastic parts, but then that is not practical !by knowbusiness - General
