I need to sell my printer that I built based on the Lulzbot TAZ. I built it in a smaller version (200X200 bed instead of 300X300) to be more compact. The printer is up and running but it does need some work to make it print good parts consistently. $650 plus shipping (or local pickup in SF Bay Area). I want to be straight forward so there is no misunderstanding when you get the printer so I havby erlau - For Sale
Thanks for the tips guys. I'll unbundle the wires and try twisting the pairs as well as trying to swap the problem motor with a different axis.by erlau - General
Hi everyone, my printer has been working fine for a couple weeks but all of the sudden a problem has developed with the x-axis motion. It moves fine manually moving the axis with smartcontroller or pronterface and sometimes will "home" ok but shortly after starting a print the x-axis will stop moving and vibrate loudly. I don't need the extruder parts as I am planning to buy a kit through lulzbot to cover those parts. Also don't need the parts that are not required before first print (spool holder, name plate, eby erlau - Wanted
Some general build instructions would be great. I am thinking about trying to put one of these together. It will be my first printer so I am trying to read up as much as possible in hopes of being able to tackle everything by the time the parts are ordered. Is there any interest in a rough solidworks model/assembly from anyone else? I am not very familiar with the scad models that seem to be thby erlau - General
