By the way a good solution would be switching the heatbed to 110/220v and using a fanless power supply.by turutk - General
I have the same issue. I use Chinese made switch mode power supplies. I used to have s-350-12 clone which means 12v 350w (29amp) and I switched to s-350-24 (24v 14.6a). The difference between them is 12v one used to turn the fan on when it was needed. It would kick in for 10-15 seconds every 5-10minutes if I had the heatbed on for more than 30 minutes. 24v ones fan is always and it is loud. Mostby turutk - General
I was actually planning to use a high cfw fan from one end because my delta hub has a fan mount on it. Here is my setup with E3D: There is no way I can fit 2 E3D hotends. I thought maybe two prometheuses can fit to the same hub. I don't want to place the hotend under the hub. By the way It would be great if this hotend had a bowden version where pfte tube goes inside the heatsink.by turutk - General
Your heatsink design seems thin due to shape. Can I combine 2 of your hotends and use them with a single 4cm fan?by turutk - General
Can you update this thread if you try ptfe tubing? I am interested in trying the same thing but i cannot find a ptfe tube locally. 2/4mm and 4/6mm ptfe tubing is avaible, not impreial onesby turutk - General
Do you consider the second usb port on due for using it with usb memory sticks? Also will we be able to use a touchscreen with ramps-fd?by turutk - Controllers
How close is the bom on github to the schematic? And what is the status of production? I will be ordering parts soon according to answers of these questions.by turutk - Controllers
I enabled it two days ago and forgot about it. Thanks for your help.by turutk - Repetier
The blue line says: Heating Bed and the status bar on the bottom says 23/100. It still reports 0 as power and the bed does not respond. UPDATE: I just connected a windows pc instead of a mac and it works. I have been using this mac with repetier host for around 8 months and never had this problem.by turutk - Repetier
I did as you told. My pin config was correct as well. Now I noticed that repetier host returns: T:20.42 B:22.92 B@:0 @:0 firmaware is set to pid however eeprom is set to bang bangby turutk - Repetier
I am using Repetier firmware version 0.91 with my teensylu board. I cannot control both of my heaters. They work fine with marlin firmware. I have been playing with pins.h and fastio.h but i don't really know much so i need help.by turutk - Repetier
I also want to try this board if possible. I will be getting an Arduino Due soon.by turutk - Controllers
I am trying these drivers but my motors are making an unbearable noise when they are holding torque without moving. And when they move, the movement is not smooth.by turutk - For Sale
does the sainsmart due have any compatibility issues with this board?by turutk - Controllers
It has been 8 months since I decided to build one yet I still lack plastic parts (7 left to print). I hope to finish it soon.by turutk - Delta Machines
Hi Sanjay, Since I posted here, I have done a lot of experimenting with my hotend and I have a theory. I sent a very long message through 'contact us' at your website explaining everything to get your advice around 10 days ago. I did not get a reply so I added some updates to my story and emailed you. I you want I can copy paste the email as a pm to you. About the abs: I have been using the sameby turutk - General
if the junction between the barrel and the nozzle is leak proof but not perfectly smooth can it cause jamming issues. i have been having a lot of jamming problems last two weeks.by turutk - General
i have been printing with this hotend for a month without any problems. i started having an issue a few days before. it prints perfectly for 2-3 minutes then the extruder starts chewing filament. why could this be and how can i solve it? i only use absby turutk - General
finally i placed my order. the address that was shown in paypal was not the same as your website so i edited the delivery address in your website. now it's kinda repetitive but paypal shows it correcty nevertheless.by turutk - General
drawcut thank you for your comment. sanjay can you confirm that you send can send my order with royal mail?by turutk - General
before i make my order i need to ask you 2 questions: -where are you located? -which postage service do you use? (i can only order if you use governmental postage service. i mean royal mail for the uk, usps for the usa etc.. certainly no ups, fedex, dhl)by turutk - General
thanks for replying. i was waiting for v5 to buy but my hotend broke down yesterday and i need a hotend somewhat urgently so i am trying to build a v4.1 of yours with a lathe just to use until you get new ones ready. that stubby part seems to be 4 or 5mm long and its diameter seems to be a little bit less than 6mm (guessing 5mm) so i am thinking to leave a 4mm long part with 5mm diameter on topby turutk - General
Drawings of the stainless stell doesn't contain info about the threads. in the finished product i see that the threads start some distance from the top of the barrel. can you give more information about that please? if the total length of the top part of the barrel is 10mm then do the threads in the heatsink not go all the way in that 6mm diameter 10mm long place? edit: are the drawings for v4.0by turutk - General
why is the 4.1 version so much more expensive than the 4.0? it says it has less parts and better cooling (and of course bowden system) but does it worth it? i am building a delta robot so bowden is important for me. will version 5.0 bring important features? if so i will wait for it since i have some time.by turutk - General
