I am using a Budaschnozzle 2.0. My extruder does have springs, what I did was tighten the 2 screws finger tight for the extruder. I tried a fan but I think it cooled the hot end too much because on one of my prints the machine stopped and pronterface said Cold Extrusion Prevented. please let me know if you need any more info I did order a new spool of filament from Lulzbot.by cuacharpas - General

The temps I am printing at are 200c for the first layer and 190c for the rest of the print, For the feed rate if I understand is the print speed, but if I'm wrong please correct me, I have the perimeter set at 30mm sec and infill at 60mm.by cuacharpas - General

Hi I need some help with a print I am doing. First of all the filament I have is not the greatest it varies from +-.15mm but if you look at the pictures it seems like the print is going fine until maybe half way, the picture on the left was done yesterday the one on the right was tonight, The print on the right only finished because I had to somewhat force the filament down can someone please sheby cuacharpas - General

Hi all I'm new to to 3d printing, I'm also not sure if this is the right place to put this, anyway I just finished putting together my mendelmax 1.5 with a RAMPS 1.4 board and I'm not sure what is happening please take a look at the calibration cube I made, Can someone tell me why it prints great but then it seems like instead of keeping square it starts to get round. Any help is greatly appreciaby cuacharpas - General
