First of all, I would like to thank everyone who have bothered responding. I wasn't expecting this much response and feedback so quickly, and so I'm slightly overwhelmed by the response. Currently I’m a part of a project doing a market analysis for an Open Source, 3D printable car. As none of us have much experience with car production or 3D printing, we were hoping you were willing to answer a few questions for us.
