Just wanted to echo I had pretty much the same experience with the little brass hotend and DIY TS. Not responding to emails, even when sending them in daily trying to get a response. When I had the time during the daytime I called and got the machine, but Van did call me back a few minutes later. When they do get back to you Van at least tries to make it right, although it can be slow going. At
