Ralph, Your design looks pretty sturdy. Are the printed parts (x idler,carriage,etc) specifically design for your printer or are they the same as the prusa I3? The motor mount already seems different. I like the use of aluminum extrusions but not sure I like openbeam, they don't seem to "offer cut-to length" options.
