sorry if you already tried it but if you havent try this helped me a ton with z wobble it basically sets the layer to were it helps to remove the inconsistensies in the rotations.by bigsean1225 - Reprappers

I tried to align it the best i could and then would move one side using the two cross threaded rods till the part was dimensionally accurateby bigsean1225 - Reprappers
