got this works great wen z motors got power all stays rock stady but if loose the power to the z motors x -axis drops down is there a way in marlin firmware to prefent that

got a probe that on tip of the nozzle after i home printer goes up 10mm then dont have enove time to remove the probe from the nozzle before the printer starts anyu1 whit a start gcode to fix this

if use nozzle 0.8 does mean also have keep gap of 0.8 between the buildplate and the nozzle for 0.4 nozzle piece of paper what to use for 0.8 or does it not matter ?

g29 command strange error left side of printer z motor goes reverse what happens is point 1 homing correct print bed goes up second point left side homing fail print bed goes down little more down moves to point 3 left side print bed goes down little more down then moves to point 4 right side homing start print bed goes up and works perfect print start now the print bed is moving up and down

you can try to change the steps in the gcode file at the start of the file somthing like this M92 X80 Y80 Z4000

i made the changes in correct bed size & shape in Machine Settings now thing is how figure out the off set of the probe what is left and what is right on the build plate

if can get external power suply for your sensor like 12 volt only have plug in the signal wire to the ramps board to make it work most sensor give real small low curent out put of power if sensor triggers

made start on my corexy printer whit wheels inp of bearings only real small bearings for the mini v-wheels - 10 years ago

have work on make belts more straith from x gantry to top pullys sofar it moving nice and smooth old version moving it bit around whit ramps board all made whit 2020 vslot files of the printer maby you can use some of the parts or make cooler nicer somthing else for now looking for a way to make a nice z stage printer box is 50cm x 50cm

i want to drive a lead screw working nice now if use nema 17 motor whit 1.8 200 1/16micro stepping how do calc the new steps if wane drive the lead screw whit 1 pully on motor gt2 pully 20 theeth and on the leadscrew also gt2 pully whit bore of 8mm and 20 theeth and normal gt2 belt

had windows 7 then i try to save repetier host settings that fail some how after a update to new computer but have still test17.gcode file on sd card that works good whit the printer is there a way to find the repetier host settings back in that gcode file

dont use win10 i try it ramps 1.4 some times switches form com 1 to 5 some times not even abel to find my ramps com port starting install new drivers for new hardware realy not stable atm

iam using a bowden setup on p3steel now if lower the extruder down on the z axis on the motor side the m5 nut comes loose keeping my hand little force on motor keeps the bolt in
