Quoteo_lampe Maybe it's just the hotend that got longer from heating? What kind of probe do you have? IR-sensor by any chance? But then the hotend would have to be shorter or the heatbed lower. The whole thing is going further down when heated up - that's what I do not understand. Normally if the system is heated up the heatbed extends and the hotend and the point where the hotend touches theby MEgg - Delta Machines
I've got this printer: and printing was already working: After a flat move I have to recalibrate the printer now. The manufacturer has some guidance here: Previously with cold heatbed and hotend, and #define Z_MAX_LENGTH 418 in the repetier arduino sketch = printer firmware I had after calibration with hot hotend and heatbed: p1: Z: 1.68 p2: Z: 1.64 p3: Z: 1.66 0,0 Z:by MEgg - Delta Machines
Quoteetfrench The quick releases sold by Prometheus have been working fine for me. The failure of your connector could be blamed on poor quality, but it could also be caused by too much back pressure from the hot end. I am quite a beginner: with back pressure you mean that the filament cannot be pushed further through the nozzle? I very rarely had the case that the hotend switched off duringby MEgg - Reprappers
QuoteRamon3D Festo maybe? They probably won't sell directly to private Individuals though, so you'd have to find a reseller. Did you try one of these: https://www.amazon.de/FESTO-578370-NPQH-DK-M5-Q4-P10-PUSH--FITTING/dp/B01E5UJ7W2/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1476120598&sr=8-1&keywords=FESTO+578370+NPQH-DK-M5-Q4-P10 ? https://www.festo.com/cat/da_dk/xDKI.asp?PartNo=578370&mode=extAppby MEgg - Reprappers
Some time ago my tube fittings spit out a few metal parts: and afterwards the tube was going off all the time. I got different fittings now (left = broken one, right = replacement): but I am still searching for a reliable source of high quality fittings that last longer. Any pointers? Thx in advance.by MEgg - Reprappers

NO ONE has yet been able to take on my challenge and find me a roll of Silver ABS 1.75mm Excelvan come on guys and girls have a go at finding some and it will soon become apparent why we want to do this. Whoaa 30 rolls would be a bit too much.by MEgg - General
Since I am a beginner I rather try this and that. What are the planned "large" quantities? In the first posting you talk about 2 rolls? Is delivery to Austria an option? If that delivery is too expensive then it won't work. DHL says Size S (120x60x60cm, <20kg) costs 13.99EUR from Austria to GB, which is quite a lot. :-( And DHL is a bad delivery service, had multiple failures with them.by MEgg - General
Is there some list or photos somewhere of these filaments? Do they sell this one: EXCELVAN New Flexible Elastic PLA 1.75mm 3D Printer Filament - 0.5kg Spool (1.1 lbs) - Dimensional Accuracy +/- 0.03mm (green) as Amazon.com says "This item does not ship to Wien, Austria" :-( Do they deliver to Vienna, Austria?by MEgg - General
