Yes. It is 5-10 days before shipping plus shipping time. I paid for 2-day shipping, but I see now, that doesn't matter that much when it is now 23 days after I ordered. I figured (hoped) it would ship by Christmas. The waiting time would not be an issue of they are upfront about the real time. Basic business sense is under-promise and over-deliver -- and any communication would be nice. They mayby rtideas - Delta Machines
unnokeng. Thanks of the update. Any pics to envy until my kit is shipped? As I saw on their Facebook page, make sure you use support@folgertech.com to try to communicate with them.by rtideas - Delta Machines
Woodywong, Where are you located? Are you in the States? That's a much longer time than the stated 5-10 days. But it was shipped so there is hope. They really should update their listed time of 5 to 10 days and inform customers of any delays beyond their published times. Eager to hear your build experiences, too.by rtideas - Delta Machines
I ordered one from their site. I emailed asking if there was any advantage of ordering from their site over eBay which included shipping. I got an email with a coupon so ordered from their site. It states 5-10 shipping. So far, it's a week past their 10 days. Called a few times. Emailed a few times. No correspondence. I heard from someone on this forum creating their Prusa i3 manual that they areby rtideas - Delta Machines
Sorry of your loss, Dark Alchemist. Yes, if I didn't already have an early order in, I'd wait until I see a skid of boxes getting shipped out. Only 522 days since I 'funded' their effort. Would have been nice to been able to print a year ago, but it is what it is. The latest videos of the latest revisions look like it could be quite the contender. It might be a few months before they get throby rtideas - General
Just a trickle of them going out before they turn on the fire hose. Shipping final production models. Also, they posted their assembly manuals. Great looking. Looks pretty straight-forward to assemble. Supposedly I'm order #00013 and paid for expedited shipping. Potentially i should have my MakiBox in a couple weeks and assembled within 2 hours after that.by rtideas - General
I surely hope I'm not taken either. They initially said it would ship a year ago April. But, following their blog and video posts, I remain hopeful. The simplification and innovation/evolution I saw in R/C aircraft -- radios, batteries, brushless motors and controllers, gyros, telemetry, etc. -- keeps me hopeful for the 3d printing technology. I wish the Berry3dBot printer was available commercby rtideas - General

It is similar to a Kickstarter project, as it is crowd-funded, but it was their own beast based in Hong Kong. I thought it could be a scam, but saw a guy I know tweet that he ordered one. After doing a little research, I took a great leap of faith. I was order #62 a year ago February. Researching Jon Buford, the guy behind the MakiBox, he seems to be of solid engineering stock. He's a Carnegie-by rtideas - General
